FAQ’s

  • Nope, no PO boxes here! Our staff will personally receive your mail, securely file it under your name/the name of your business and then notify you via email for pickup.

  • We can hold your mail for the duration of your subscription. Please note that there is a limited amount of space allocated for each account so we may reach out to you if too much mail has been accumulated.

  • All our mail services are subscription-based. Your mail service subscription will automatically renew for the same term (3, 6, or 12 months) unless you’ve requested otherwise.

  • We require 30-days notice. Shoot us a quick email to cancel your subscription.

  • It’s up to you! We can

    (a) Store it until you tell us to shred it.

    (b) Forward it to you either after opening and scanning, or unopened.

    (c) Scan/send and then hold for you to pick up.

    **All digital copies will be deleted

  • **WED and FRI from 12 - 5 PM**

    Our admin staff don’t work every day. If you need something urgently, shoot us an email and we can usually schedule a pick-up with 24hrs notice.
